Dday tour!

From Paris, it takes only 2 hours to visit the Normandy DDAY landing beaches. Do not miss the occasion to discover what our fathers and grandfathers made to restaure peace in the Old Europe.

We will leave in the morning from Paris to reach Caen, the biggest city of Normandy, where you could discover the remains of William the Conqueror's castle, the Saint Pierre de Caen Gothic church...

You will have lunch in the most popular area for locals, the Vaugueux street, an historical area, very picturesque and typical, far from mass-tourism complex.


After your lunch you will meet my colleagues from the Caen Memorial. They are known as the best tour guides in the landing beaches. Their knowledge is huge! They will bring you on a 5 hours big trip to the landing beaches, the Arromanches mulberry bridge, the German battery, Omaha beach, Utah Beach, the American cemetary and others…

During the day, tickets to the Memorial are included, feel free to visit this place, symbol of peace between the nations.

At the very beginning of the evening, we could or drive back directly to Paris, or stop for dinner in Normandy, always of course in a local restaurant I will be glad to recommend! But this is a long tour, so I will let the decision up to you! We will be back in Paris at around 10 or 11PM.
