The Egyptian Museum is one of the most famous museums in the world .It houses 250.000 antique pieces including mummies, sarcophagi and the fabulous treasures from the tomb of Tut Ankh Amun. Giza Pyramids is one the west bank of the Nile facing Cairo. Considered one of the Seven Wonders of the World is surrounded by small Pyramids and hundred of Mastabas and tombs for kings and nobles. The sphinx is a legendary statue for it has the body of lion. Citadel of Saladin provides a panoramic view of Cairo from AI Moqattam Hill. The Citadel complex includes the Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali (Al Gawhara Palace), the Military Museum and the Theatre. The Mosque and school of Sulan Hassan is considered the masterpiece of Mamluke architecture, it includes bronze doors inlaid with gold and silver, marble paneling. The Khan Khalili Bazaar comprises an array of shops dating to the 14th Century AD.
