Children and Youth in Quito, Ecuador

There are projects where you can help and enjoy your time in Quito. These projects work for children who are orphaned, abandoned or whose families need a hand with their children while they work.

The project enables children to live according to their own culture and religion, and to be active members of the community. They help children to recognize and express their individual abilities, interests and talents. They ensure that children receive the education and skills training them need to be successful and contributing members of society.

Activities:

• Feed the children
• Support each children homework activities
• Support the rest of the staff

Project availability: Throughout the academic year, from September to the beginning of July.

Prerequisites:

• Minimum age is 18 years
• Intermediate level of Spanish
• Creative and enthusiastic
• A love for children and the patience to work with them
