Dolphin Swim at Ocean World Adventure Park

For many guests, the highlight of a visit to Ocean World Adventure Park is the rare opportunity to swim and play with beautiful Atlantic bottlenose dolphins.

This full-day excursion starts with a hotel pick-up from Puerto Plata for the drive to Cofresi Beach by comfortable coach. You will have the day to explore, with plenty of free time to spend at leisure. Explore at your own pace as you listen to exotic tropical birds, meet Bengal tigers and walk through a tropical rain forest. Lunch included.

The Dolphin Swim experience begins with a brief orientation, then guests enter the water for their introduction to dolphins.  Guests learn about dolphin behavior and discover how Ocean World Adventure Park trainers use hand signals and positive reinforcement to communicate with them.  Taking the experience one step further, guests encounter, kiss, hug, pet, and feed dolphins one on one in their environment.

Highlights of the day are a 30-minute swim with Atlantic bottlenose dolphins, foot push and dorsal pull by 2 dolphins!!!
