Between May and September we offer 2 possibilities: the regular Mermaid ticket or an All Loops Ticket that includes extra Carlsberg and Christiana tour.

Meeting point: Radisson Royal Hotel on Vesterbrogade, opposite the Tivoli Gardens.
Duration: Validity: 24 hours. It depends on the option selected by the customer. The Mermaid Tour takes 60 minutes, and for an all loop ticket add 30 minutes for the Carlsberg tour and 30 minutes for the Christiana tour.
Start/opening time: 10.30am.
End/closing time: 1.30pm.
Languages: Audio guides available in English, Danish, Swedish, German, Spanish, Russian, French, Italian, and some departures have Polish.
