Start/opening time:From Nov 2 to Mar 8 : Daily / 3:00pm. From Mar 9 to Nov 1: Daily / 3:00pm & 4:30pm.
Others: come to the stand of Gray Line on Narodni Street 38, Prague 1, from 9:00 to 17:00 daily, to exchange the voucher for the ticket.
