The Moravian Karst is one of the most important karst areas in Central Europe. Throughout the territory, there are more than 1100 caves. One of the few accessible ones is abyss Macocha with a depth of 138 meters. On arrival, we change the bus for eco-train that brings us to the cave. Then we sail the river Punkva, which feeds two rock pools and flows through rock massifs in the Punkva caves. From there, we climb by cable car to the Upper bridge. A view into the depths of the Macocha abyss from the Upper or Lower bridge gives us an unforgettable experience. We have lunch at a restaurant on the Upper bridge or in the Macocha cottage. On the way back we stop at the pilgrimage church Křtiny, built in the 18th century.
