Day 1:
Welcome to Costa Rica, After passing through Immigration you will be met by one of our representatives. We will take you to your hotel and give you welcome kit, with your originals vouchers and our welcome letter with all our information.
Day 2:
This morning our tour guide pick you up in your hotel for your relaxing tour to Arenal area with Baldi hot springs. Arenal is one of the most active volcanoes in the Americas, here you can feel the ground tremble when it erupts. View this magnificent wonder from the soothing waters of the resort with mineral pools that are naturally heated by the volcano. On your way to Arenal you will travel up the central volcanic mountain range, and stop for a delicious lunch of typical Costa Rican cuisine. After you are fully relaxed from the hot springs, you will enjoy a buffet dinner offered at the Resort.
Day 3:
After your delicious breakfast , We will leave from La Fortuna at 8.30 AM in a comfortable van with enough space to take your luggage with you at all times. Once we are at the Arenal lake, we will board the boat that will take you on a 30 minute journey across the lake. On the way you will be able to see several Small Island and great panoramic views. Once we get to the other side of the lake, another van will be waiting to drive you up to Santa Elena or directly to your hotel in Monteverde. Afternoon around 1pm our tour guide transfer you to enjoy hanging bridges, canopy (zip line) and buttlerfy farm.
Day 4-6:
This morning our Shuttle , transfer you to the northwest Flamingo beach area, enjoy a relaxing beach side in this all inclusive hotel.

Day 7:
After your lunch our shuttle transfer pick you up for your transportation to San Jose Hotel. Buffet Breakfast Included.
Day 8:
Private transfer from your hotel in San Jose to International airport.

Itinerary Design:
Costa Rica Tour based tour operator in Costa Rica, will design a custom-made itinerary upon request, according to the client's interests, ages, physical conditions, time of the year, length of stay and available accommodations. Once the client approves the final itinerary, Costa Rica Tour ,will make the corresponding reservations. Costa Rica Tour will try to maintain the original itinerary, but it is important to emphasize that due to space availability, itineraries may need to be modified. Changes may include places to visit, hotels, and sequence of itinerary.
Reservations:
Early reservations are essential. During the high season from November to April and the months of July and August, we recommend reservations be made at least six months in advance.
Deposit and Balance of Payment:
A deposit of 50% deposit must be paid in order to confirm your itinerary. Certain hotels may require additional deposits. Costa Rica Tours will advise the client if any additional amount is required. Balance of payment is due 60 days before arrival date.
Cancellation and Refund:
Cancellation must be received in writing a minimum of 60 days prior to arrival. In such cases, your deposit will be refunded, less a handling charge of US$400 per person and any other unrecoverable deposit guarantees to hotels and other services.
If you cancel after making the balance of payment, that portion is refundable according to the following conditions:
For cancellations received 59 to 45 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total amount.
For cancellations received 44 to 15 days prior to arrival, 25 % of the total amount.
If the passenger cancels 14 to 1 day prior to arrival, no refunds are available.
We recommend that passengers purchase a trip cancellation insurance policy.
Responsibility:
Costa Rica Tour, acts only as agent for the passenger in regard to travel, whether by road, railroad, boat, airplane, helicopter or horse and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any vehicle or for any reason whatsoever or through the act of default of any hotel, carrier, boat, restaurant, company or person, included on the trip, or any other circumstances beyond their direct control.
Costa Rica Tour, and or its agents can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to the delay or changes in air schedules, theft, loss of (or damage to) baggage or any article belonging to the passengers, sickness, personal health, weather, strikes, fires, explosion, earthquakes, floods, epidemics, conditions of trails, river levels, road conditions, transportation delays, wars, accidents, chance, acts of God, major force or other causes. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passenger, as tour rates provide for arrangements only for the time stated.
Many of the activities involved are inappropriate for persons with severe health problems or physical disabilities, which inhibit walking or other activities. It is the passenger" responsibility to judge the appropriateness of these travel activities in regard to his/her physical capabilities. Every passenger has to check the level of difficulty rating.
Costa Rica Tour, requires that all participants be covered by appropriated life, accident and medical insurance and that they be financially responsible for such expenses. Costa Rica Tour, requires that participants planning to operate a motor vehicle overseas to obtain liability and collision insurance that will cover them in Costa Rica. Costa Rica Tour, recommends that all participants must insure their personal property from loss and theft. Costa Rica Tour, is not responsible for any costs or losses resulting from such events.
