We will also go to Pukará de San Lorenzo defensive village raised on artificial terraces supporting cane houses. After that, we will visit the archaeological museum of the University of Tarapacá, where the mummy of the Chinchorro culture stands out. It involves a very complicated embalming and drying process and it is the oldest mummy in the world. A visit to the craftsmen´s village will be made, which will give us the chance to get closer to the artisans’ beliefs. Return to the hotel or to the residence.
