Owner Carson Schiffkorn and his staff provide an almost unimaginable range of outdoor activities, indoor pampering in awarm and inviting setting with European flair as well as gracious service.

Guests of the Inn can experience some of the great adventures associated with the Yukon. Visitors can drive a dog sled, cut through the almost meter-thick ice to fish for trout, smoke their catch, search for the Northern Lights, take a ski plane flight seeing over breathtaking glaciers and forests, go snowshoeing or cross-country skiing. It is also possible to indulge in more continental pleasures like snowmobiling on scenic trails, taking in
the views of the lake from the outdoor sauna and hot tub, or going sightseeing.

After a day of outdoor activity, drinking in nature from the spacious deck or lounging near the fire in the inn’s great room, music room or one of its three solariums, guests can enjoy a gourmet four-course meal. Menus change daily and often feature locally grown organic vegetables, meats and Arctic char complemented with a selection of Yukon Beers and Canadian wines.

The Yukon itself provides a spectacular backdrop for outdoor adventures. Together, Inn on the Lake, Inn on the River and the Yukon offer visitors so much more than they
