Rocky Mountains Tour: Jasper To Banff
Travel through the scenic Rocky Mountains on a one-way trip from Jasper to Banff. Stop at Lake Louise along the way and enjoy a ride on the Ice Explorer at Athabasca Glacier.
Rushing waterfalls, snow capped mountain peaks, exhilarate yourself in the fresh Jasper air! Take the opportunity to capture some of the best scenery in Canada on film, and possibly even see mountain wildlife from spectacular views. Take advantage of the many wonderful opportunities to photograph the breathtaking views, and perhaps even catch a glimpse of the great grizzly!
Walk across the bridge at Athabasca Falls; see the Stutfield Glacier on Mount Kitchener and Tangle Falls in Sunwapta Valley. At the Columbia Icefield Centre, you'll ride onboard the Ice Explorer onto the Athabasca Glacier. Time is provided for lunch before you travel into Banff National Park.
In the afternoon you'll enjoy scenic stops at glacier-fed Peyto Lake, and the Crowfoot Glacier. A stop at Lake Louise, "Jewel of the Canadian Rockies" rounds out the day before an early evening arrival into Banff.
