Start your evening experience at Parc de la Chute-Montmorency Station in Quebec and hop aboard Le Massif de Charlevoix train. As you relax in your luxurious railcar, watch the sun go down over the magnificent Charlevoix countryside, with mountains on one side and the calm waters of St Lawrence River on the other.

As you travel, your on-board host will serve a delectable dinner, devised by chefs at Charlevoix’s prestigious Fairmont Le Manoir Richelou Hotel. Reflecting the hotel’s sophisticated style through gastronomic flair, your gourmet dinner consists of four courses created with the best-quality locally sourced ingredients.
