Half Day inside Toul Sleng and History of Phnom Penh

We will meet Wat Phnom that is the middle of Phnom Penh. We can visit pagoda on the hill or ride an elephant around Wat Phnom. Sometime when we look up the trees at Wat Phnom, we will see a lot of monkeys and big bats that sleep on the trees. Next, we continue to Independence Monument to take the photographs with the 100 dragon heads and watching Cambodia architect, Vann Molyvann who built Independence Monument in 1958. Finally, we travel to Tuol Sleng to see the pictures how Pol Pot torture Cambodian people. It’s a very sad place but a must-see that hammers home the horror that was the Khmer Rouge.
