A Walk Along the Paulista Avenue (Avenida Paulista)

We walk from Consolação station, at Avenida Paulista to the Brigadeiro station, covering approximately 2 km of walk along the financial heart of Latin America. This street is also the stage of a big variety of events, from social protests to the Gay Pride Parade. 

In the beginning of the tour, we are going to see the Conjunto Nacional building and walk through its dependencies. We continue our tour along the avenue up to the Trianon Park, an English-style garden, that transmits calmness and provides a breath of fresh air in a big avenue. Coming out of the park, we cross the aveue to be abridged by the marvelous span of MASP. Here you can observe the fast pace the city rolls, from the top of a valley and rest for some minutes. 

We resume our walk heading to the south, until we reach other historic buildings, like Fiesp building (that houses Teatro do Sesi) and Gazeta building. We finish our adventure by the Brigadeiro station, in the Line 2 Green of the metro. From this point you can take a metro or bus to many places in Sao Paulo.

Additional: 

Cash may be needed for various refreshments along the way, just as a ticket of metro would be useful. Sun protector is always advisable, and don't forget to take a camera and some water.
