Sydney BridgeClimb: Mardi Gras Disco Climb

Grab your fabulous friends for the ultimate Sydney Mardi Gras celebration: a guided climb on the Express Route to the 440-foot (134-meter) summit of the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge that ends with a disco dance party at the top! Decorated with rainbow flags and a disco ball, the summit platform becomes a stage with Sydney scenery as a backdrop. Pull out your best dance moves, which you can later watch on an 8-second video as a souvenir!

The festive 3.5-hour Sydney Mardi Gras BridgeClimb puts a new spin on the fun of carnival season! You'll check-in at the Sydney Harbour Bridge Visitors Center and receive a comprehensive safety briefing and demonstration, then put on a provided BridgeSuit — a custom-designed jumpsuit worn over your clothing.

Your small group, limited to 14 people or less, will follow your professional climb leader through the heart of the bridge infrastructure on the Express route, stepping through the sturdy steel framework of Sydney's famous icon. You'll ascend at a faster pace than other climbs, a perfect activity for those with a higher level of fitness. It will also give you more time for your disco party at the summit!

Check out 360-degree views of Sydney and its surroundings; look west to the stunning Blue Mountains and east to the Sydney Opera House. Then celebrate your climb with your disco party at the top of one of Australia's most recognized landmarks!

Choose from three departure times throughout the day: a morning climb, an afternoon climb, or a twilight climb that allows you to take in the sunset. Your climb leaders will take photos of you throughout your journey. At the end of your climb, you’ll receive a complimentary commemorative certificate, cap, group photo and 8-second video.
