Bring along your appetite for food and wine! Your relaxing wine tour starts when you head south by comfortable mini-coach from Adelaide to McLaren Vale, one of South Australia's most celebrated wine and gourmet produce regions.

You'll visit four McLaren Vale wineries depending on the day, the wineries may include Maxwell Wines, Wirra Wirra, McLaren Ridge Wines, Hugo Wines and Rosemount Estate Wines.

Sample the wines and enjoy a variety of tastes as you experience a progressive four-course lunch consisting of cold shared platters of South Australian artisan cheeses and other local produce with a course served at each winery. Begin with an appetizer platter matched with dry white wine, then move on to a starter platter at the next winery, paired with a more full-bodied white wine.

The main course platter of cold cuts and seasonal specialties is served at the third winery, matched with a fine tannic red wine. The final course is a dessert platter served at the fourth winery, paired with a black-fruits red wine.

Each winery visit includes plenty of time to relax and enjoy the surroundings of these beautifully situated McLaren Vale vineyards, all while getting a taste for the region's famous wines.
