Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City - Arrival
Pick-up and welcome at the airport with the transfer to your 4* hotel. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 2: Home cooking class - Da Nang - Hoi An (BL) 
Get away from the classical cooking classes and learn the Vietnamese cuisine at a local home. We will start our day with a short stop at a local market. There, you will buy all the ingredients needed: vegetables, spices, meat, fish, etc…

After providing you more information about the different kind of ingredients you can find in Vietnam, we will go to one of the local home where our host will teach you a typical Vietnamese menu.

Our tour will finish with tasting your delicious dishes.
In the afternoon, have half day city tour.

Ho Chi Minh City is the largest, busiest, and most exciting city in Vietnam.  It is also filled with intrigues and culture.  On this tour we will visit some of the most interesting sights that Ho Chi Minh City has to offer, such as: War Remnants Museum, Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office, and Thien Hau Pagoda in Cho Lon then transfer to airport for fly to Da Nang. Pick up and transfer to Hoi An. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 3: Tra Que Vegetable (B) 
It is always a good idea to get the body moving in the morning, which is why this tour will begin with an exciting bicycle ride to a local farm in Tra Que Village.  You will have an introduction to the history of the village.  The short lesson does not stop with this brief introduction but provides a lot of interesting information, such as the cultivating of vegetables and discovering the use of vegetables in traditional Vietnamese medicine.

You will take a trip around the vegetable garden and join the farmers in preparing the land and fertilizing it with seaweed from the local lake.  Other activities will include: raking, sowing, watering greens, picking greens, and much more.  After spending time with the farmers, we will use the rest of the morning working the land until time to prepare some special foods with a local family. You will enjoy the “Tam Huu” spring roll and “Banh Xeo”, the local pancake from the central region of Vietnam. This tour gives you a real life glimpse into the traditional living style of the people in this village.  At the end of the tour you will ride back to Hoi An.

Day 4: Choose 1 of two options:
Option1: Hue, Imperial City (BL)
Upon arrival in Hue, we will visit the Citadel, Hue’s most prime attraction, which contains the Imperial City, the Forbidden Purple City, and the Emperor's Private Residence. Following the morning activities, we will have a short break for lunch. In the afternoon, we will take a boat trip on the Perfume River with a stopover at Thien Mu Pagoda, considered by many as the unofficial symbol of Hue. It is an active Buddhist monastery with its origins dating back to 1601. One of its most poignant displays is a car belonging to a former monk, who in 1963, drove to Sai Gon and set himself alight to protest against the South Vietnamese regime and its cruel treatment of Buddhist monks and followers. From here, we will go sightseeing at Tu Duc or Khai Dinh Tomb.

Option 2: Cham Island (BL)
Cham Island is located off the coast of Hoi An and is a beautiful and fun getaway.  We will start our day at Cua Dai Beach to embark on a speed-boat to Cham Island.  After a short 40-minute ride, you will arrive at Cu Lao Cham, a large island consists of several small islands about 25 nautical miles off the coast.

The island has a plethora of beautiful coral reefs and stunning scenery along with about 3,000 residents living at Lang and Huong beaches.  The living reef around Cham Island offers some of the best opportunities in Asia to see exotic fishes in their natural habitat.  

We will spend a half-day at Lang Beach where we will visit interesting places such as Au Thuyen – a shelter for boats in bad weather, the ancient Hai Tang Pagoda, and the Ong Temple.  When the tour concludes, we will return to Hoi An and back to your hotel.

Day 5: Cooking Class in Hoi An (B) 
The day will begin at Hoi An’s Colorful Market where all of your senses will be aroused.  You will enjoy amazing sights, sounds and aromas that the market has to offer.  We will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and purchase some of the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later in the day.  Of course before cooking, we will learn some of Vietnam’s, especially Hoi An’s, well-known dishes.  The cooking lesson runs about 2 hours and is hands-on experience – the chef is very enthused and will demonstrate how to prepare each dish, before you prepare the same dish on your own with guidance from the chef.  After the lesson, we will enjoy the dishes we have prepared and cooked.

Day 6: Marble Mountain - Nha Trang (BLD) 
Have breakfast. Check out. Visit Marble Mountain.
The Marble Mountain is a popular sightseeing location in Da Nang because of its alluring beauty.  Stone steps carved into the mountain lead to a Buddhist Pagoda.  You can also discover stunning caves and enjoy the beautiful view from the top of the mountain.  Upon arrival to the mountain, we will climb up the stone stairs and visit the caves and pagodas as well as admire the beautiful panoramic view.  We will then head down the mountain and visit the stone village where the local skilled sculptors create many marble products.  Have lunch and transfer to airport for flight to Nha Trang.
Pick up and transfer to resort. Overnight in Nha Trang.
