Hoa Lu - Thung Nang - Bich Dong

The ancient capital – travel wild sunny valley

 

Pick up at the hotel for departure to Ninh Binh Province. After two hours ride in the car, we will stop to visit the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, formerly the capital for 41 years (968 — 1009), of which the first 12 years was under the Dinh Dynasty — King Dinh Tien Hoang and the following 29 years was under the Le Dynasty — King Le Dai Hanh. Here, stand two temples dedicated to King Dinh and King Le.

 

After lunch at a local restaurant, we will take an amazing 3 km boat trip to visit Thung Nang. At Thung Nang, we will be mesmerized with the most beautiful scenery and fresh air. Looking at the little villages settled peacefully along the Red River and rice fields will give us a sense as though we are looking at an art masterpiece. There are many sedges and reeds under the cool water shining with a rich fauna. Animal ecology here retains their pristine characteristic as the early form of this land — that is particularly attractive to tourists. Moving on to Bich Dong Temple before heading back to Ha Noi.
