Full Day Demilitarized Zone From Hotel Inside Hue City Only

Depart from Hue in the morning and travel north along the road once known as “the street without joy” towards Dong Ha and the Demilitarized Zone. At one time the unofficial border between the former North and South Vietnam, the 17th Parallel in the years 1954-1975, was, perhaps, the most hotly contested piece of territory on earth. You will spend this day travelling through the former North-South border area, with a chance to see the Rockpile, an apparently unassailable observation post and visit Hien Luong Bridge and the Vinh Moc Tunnels before returning back to your hotel late afternoon.
