Visitors will visit the beautiful Can Gio Mangrove Jungle, Mangrove Forest Ecosystem, Rung Sac Guerilla and Can Gio beach.
After breakfast, at 8AM, our jeeps and guide will pick you up at hotel in Saigon, start to Can Gio, cross the Nha Be river on Binh Khanh ferry. About 50km southeast of Ho Chi Minh City, the Can Gio forest was recognized as the first mangrove biosphere reserve in Vietnam by UNESCO in 2000.
On this eco tour, visitors will have opportunities not only to indulge in a fresh green environment but also to explore the mysteries of the tidal swampy ecosystem and thrill to the legends of amphibious commandos in the last Vietnam War. The highlights include visiting Monkey Island, crocodiles, Can Gio Museum, and takethe canoe to visit Mangrove Forest Ecosystem and Rung Sac Guerilla Base. Relax at the Can Gio beach, we have a lunch with local dishes in Carrot Restaurant. Besides, you shall be able to visit Whale’s royal tomb. Return Ho Chi Minh City at around 4.30pm.
