Small-Group Snorkeling Adventure from Kona

Spend a morning on the Big Island snorkeling off the beaches of Kona! With all gear included, you’ll visit one or two different snorkel spots, each with its own perks – head to a protected beach for shallow-water exploration, perfect for beginners, and swim through open waters for a chance to come face-to-face with green sea turtles! Your expert guide will provide instruction and commentary on local marine life. Plus, enjoy snacks and juices between your snorkel adventures and hotel pickup and drop-off.

After pickup from your Kona hotel or the Kona Library in the morning, your guide will take you by air-conditioned vehicle to a hand-picked beach location that offers perfect conditions for both beginner and expert snorkelers.

Receive a safety briefing from your guide, put on your gear, and enter the water to begin your snorkel adventure! See colorful fish and coral, and maybe even sea turtles and eels, as you swim through the cool Pacific waters.

You’ll visit one or two different snorkel spots, including a protected beach, where you’ll explore shallow waters. You’ll also head to a deeper-water location, where you’ll have the chance to see green turtles and possibly even spinner dolphins!

Your guide will provide commentary about the beaches you visit and about local marine life. In between snorkeling, enjoy drinks and snacks including pineapple, chocolate-covered macadamia nuts, water and tropical juices.

After your snorkel tour, you’ll be taken back to your Kona hotel or the Kona Library.
