Champagne Brunch Cruise Dazzling waves and soft breezes set the mood for Hornblower’s Champagne Brunch Cruise, a good-morning getaway featuring free-flowing bubbly. The enticing outing includes a buffet stocked with classic breakfast dishes, lunch entrées and desserts. With live music and views of the San Francisco Bay’s renowned sights, it becomes the perfect way to unwind after a hectic week.

Dinner Dance Cruise- This cruise package includes three-hour yacht cruise (Fri. – Sat.), Two and a half hour yacht cruise (Sun. – Thurs.), Four course seated dinner, Live entertainment and dancing, scenic San Francisco Bay views including the Golden Gate Bridge and the Bay Lights.

Supper Club Cruise- This includes a three-hour yacht cruise, Small-plate dining stations, Boarding glass of champagne or sparkling apple cider, DJ entertainment and dancing, Scenic San Francisco Bay views and The Bay Lights.

Meeting point: Pier 3 on the Embarcadero. Times: Champagne Brunch Cruise at 11 am or 11.30am with Dinner Dance Cruise at 7pm or 7.30pm. Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to cruise. Times subject to change.

Menus: Champagne Brunch Cruise - CHEF’S BAKERY BASKET: Fresh Baked Breads, Pastries, Croissants and Muffins, Seasonal Fruit Display. SALAD: Asiago Caesar Salad, With Garlic Croutons, Asparagus Salad, With Queso Fresco, Lemon Vinaigrette, Couscous With Mandarin Oranges and Mint, Chilled Salmon With Remoulade. BREAKFAST: French Toast Valencia With Vermont Maple Syrup, Whipped Cream, Fresh Berries, Farm Fresh Scrambled Eggs With Pepper Confit, Chef’s Assorted Quiches, Smoked Bacon and Breakfast Sausage, Home Fried Potatoes With Peppers and Onions. ENTRÉE SELECTIONS: Herb Crusted Beef With Whipped Horseradish, Ham with Country Mustards, Hot Vegetarian Pasta. DESSERT: Banana Bread Pudding With Caramel sauce, Assorted Premium Cakes, Pies and Petit Fours. Vegetarian items on buffet (items include eggs and dairy).

Dinner Dance Cruise - Rocket Salad: Roasted red beets, chipotle pine nuts, Humboldt fog goat cheese, herb toasted crostini meyer lemon tarragon vinaigrette. APPETISER: Citrus Scented Scallops, grilled pineapple, mango papaya salsa. ENTRÉE: (Choice of one) Herb Seared Chicken Breast, tomato and kalamata olives salsa African rice pilaf OR Ginger Spiced Glace Salmon Asian noodles, sugar snap peas OR Braised Beef Short Ribs chive mashed potatoes, sautéed spring greens, port demi-glace OR Spring Vegetable Stack layers of fresh zucchini, baby spinach, basil, eggplant, onions, tomato, cauliflower and carrot puree. DESSERT: (Choice of one) Chocolate Pot De Crème cinnamon Chantilly cream OR Vanilla Peach Pot De Crème caramel chantilly cream

Supper Club Cruise - Latin Flavour: Pollo Borracho, Flour and Corn Tortillas, Pan Fried Tilapia With Chipotle Aioli, Cilantro Rice and Black Beans, Tricolour Chips, Assorted Salsas and Guacamole. Downtown: Chef Carved Rosemary Crusted Beef Roast, Mashed Potato Bar, Butter, Chives, Assorted Cheeses, Bacon and Sour Cream, Chef’s Selection of Local Vegetables. North Beach: Chef’s Pasta of the Evening, Asiago Caesar Salad Vegetable Antipasto, Assorted Breads. Dessert: Chocolate Dipped Strawberries, Petit Fours, Petit Pastries.
