Plantation and Swamp Combo

Let the Cajun Pride Tours take you on a journey back in time to tour an Antebellum and also see the beasts of the Southern Louisiana Swamps. Guests will also have the opportunity to choose between Oak Alley Plantation or Laura Plantation. On the Oak Alley was built in 1837-39. It is famous for its’ alley of 28 evenly spaced Live Oak trees, believed to be at least 100 years older that the big house. Guests will also visit Laura, a 200+ year old Creole sugarcane plantation. Built in 1805. Let the “memoirs of Laura” transport you into the lives of this plantation’s Creole men, women, slaves and children.
