Orlando City Soccer

Watch the Lions roar at the legendary Citrus Bowl. Orlando’s top professional soccer club are taking on all comers in the USL and you can be there to witness their charge to Major League Soccer. Orlando City Soccer Club, or the Lions as they are affectionately called, are spreading the gospel of the beautiful game in central Florida. The were 2011 USL champions and topped the regular season in 2012. The club boasts a multinational squad and fan base. The atmosphere at their home games is one of the best in US football matches thanks to the raucous fans and the Caribbean drum band that adds rhythm to the players’ movements.

Watch the Lions take on teams with such colourful American sports team names as the Barracuda, Riverhounds, Kickers and Hammerheads. Who knows, you might be in Orlando when they are playing the Rowdies or Flames, their local rivals from the Tampa, in matches that are known as the I4 derbies due to the road liking the cities. Who knows, you might even see the Lions maul the Rochester Rhinos!

The Lions also play top-level clubs from Europe who are touring in Florida. Fans of English Premier League clubs such as Newcastle United and Stoke City have been delighted to attend matches at the Citrus Bowl as have those of Serie A giants AS Roma.

You can choose to attend matches with ticket only or with ticket plus transportation. This tour operates for home games only.
