This fun and delicious tour takes place in the heart of Manhattan's East Village and includes at least 7 different tasting stops.  On this tour you will:

• Try some homemade Eastern European style delicacies like homemade pierogi or soup.
• Enjoy a juicy NY hot dog like a local.
• Sample some of the best kielbasi and deli you've ever had.
• Savor some locally made ice cream and/or pastries.
• Taste a hot slice of NY style cheese pizza at an authentic neighborhood pizza joint.
• Satisfy your sweet tooth with an old fashioned Egg Cream!

This is not only a tasting adventure, but enough food for a meal for most people! 

This tour is appropriate for kids aged 8 years old and up and for adults who can comfortably walk about 1 km or .5 miles and stand for at least 30 minutes.

Tour sights

Tour the shabby chic East Village filled with university students from New York University and the Cooper Union.  See former Yiddish theaters and sites made famous by rock bands and artists.  Also see historic New York sights, including colonial burial sites.

Professional licensed sight seeing guide, all food samples and soft drinks.

The tip or gratuity for the guide is not included, but expected in cash at the end of the tour. (The tip is 15 - 20% per person.) The cost of travel to and from the tour is not included.
