The View from The Shard

See London like you’ve never seen it before with the View from The Shard, the highest viewing platform in the city. Zoom up via high-speed lifts to the 68th, 69th and 72nd floors, where the View from The Shard is located. At this point, you are at double the height of the next best viewing platform in the city. Designed by world-famous architect Renzo Piano, the 310 metre-tall (1,016ft) Shard now dominates the London skyline, dwarfing landmarks such as St Paul’s Cathedral, the London Eye, the Gherkin and the BT Tower.

On level 69, London past, present and future are laid out before you and brought to life in multimedia displays and installations. Admire the spectacular 360 degree views that stretch as far away as 64km (40 miles).

Three storeys up, on Level 72, enjoy – if that’s the word! – the most extreme experience exposed to the elements and sounds of the city beneath. From a height of 244 metres, look up to the shards of glass that form the top of the skyscraper as they disappear upwards into the clouds. And on Level 68 there is a fascinating souvenir shop.
