Tour Exclusion:
- You are responsible for the cost of your drinks and free time sightseeing.
- Overnight lodging is not included in the package except where specified. We do however organize where need be.

- Rates cover only everything upon arrival in Mbale.
- 50% down payment upon booking. 50% upon arrival.
- Airport transfer is not included in the package price but can be arranged.
- Kindly arrive for check in 30 minutes before your tour is due for departure.
- Cancellation: 1 week in advance, 50% refund.
- Cancellation: 24 hours in advance, 25% refund.
- No show, no refund.
- Minor inconveniences are to be expected.
