This three nights and four days trip takes you to Sinharaja Rain Forest for 2 nights with guided rain forest walks. Sinharaja rain forest is an ideal place to see birds and witness the colourful bio diversity of a rain forest. Then we move to Sri Lanka’s most popular Yala National Park, for Leopard watching. Yala is famous not only for Leopards but Elephants, Bears, Spotted deer, Crocodiles and many birds.

Day 1

Meet with our driver in Colombo
Transfer to Sinharaja Rain Forest – 5 hours drive approximately
Afternoon tea estate walk and visit to arboretum
Dinner and overnight stay at Rain Forest Eco Lodge on Sinharaja rain forest

Day 2

Early morning bird watching trail in Sinharaja Rain Forest
Breakfast at the lodge
Morning nature trail in Sinharaja Rain Forest
Night walk in lodge’s surrounding to see nocturnal species
Dinner and overnight stay at Rain Forest Eco Lodge on Sinharaja rain forest

Day 3

Early morning bird watching trail in SInharaja Rain Forest
Breakfast at the lodge
Transfer to Yala National Park – 5 hours drive approximately
Dinner and overnight stay at Chandrika Hotel Yala

Day 4

Morning safari in Yala National Park at 6 AM with a picnic breakfast
Back to the hotel to freshen up and transfer to Colombo – 6 hours drive approximately
