El Molino is an old-school music-hall located on the famous Paral·lel avenue in the Poble Sec district. It first opened its doors in 1898 and has made a name for itself in th forefront of Barcelona's avant-garde, confounding generations of censors with its risqué double-entendres. Recently renovated, El Molino offers you top quality variey performances, as you enjoy a drink or a full-course gourmet dinner.
El Molino Levanta el Animo is an old-style musical variety show where glitter and glamour, boas and sequins take the centre stage. Dancing girls, burlesque, comedy and audience participation are the protagonists here. And as compère and MC, Merche Mar, the veteran vedette of the Paral·lel.
