Canary Racer Cup

Come along for a sail with a difference and take part in the action-packed Canary Racer Cup. Under the guidance of a seasoned skipper, you will form part of a J80 sailboat crew as we take part in the three daily regattas. No previous experience or certificates are necessary, join us and live this thrilling sensation – all that you need to bring is your enthusiasm. Racing takes place in waters off the port of Anfi del Mar. Before venturing out into the sea, you will receive a full instructive briefing to prepare you for your adventure.

Live the dream and enjoy the cut and thrust of real ocean racing – under the glorious Canarian sunshine. The races last about an hour and at all times you’ll be guided by an expert instructor in all aspects of the process of sailing on each these 8 metre long boats.

Alternatively, you can take it easy and enjoy a simple open-sea cruise.

There’s a maximum age of 70 and a minimum age of eight. Children from eight to 12 pay a child rate.

To help you enjoy your experience access to the VIP area at the Maroa Beach Club in Anfi and liability insurance are included

Meeting point: Maroa Sea Club at Anfi del Mar. There are races at 10.30am, 12.30pm and 1.30pm, with the briefings taking place 30 minutes earlier.

Others: We recommend you bring swimming gear, T-shirt, sport shoes, sun cream and hat.
