Johannesburg is South Africa's largest city. With around 6 million trees, Johannesburg is most likely the world's largest man-made urban forest. The city is certainly one of the greenest in the world, considering that the natural landscape is savannah.

Day 1: Welcome to South Africa!

Arrive at O. R. Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg, and meet our local representative who will assist you with a transfer to your booked hotel. Relax and recuperate from your long flight and explore the city on your own. Return to your hotel and have a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 2: City Tour of Johannesburg including visit to Number Four

Enjoy a delicious breakfast in your hotel and embark on a city tour of Johannesburg. Explore the rich cultural heritages of the city and visit its important landmarks.

First, you will drive through the Carlton Center and its surrounding areas, where you’ll see the Supreme Court and Anglo American’s headquarters. Enjoy a guided tour of the Constitution Hill which is the new home to South Africa’s Constitutional Court. The complex is also the site of the city’s Old Fort Prison Complex, commonly known as Number Four, where thousands of people were brutally punished before the end of the Apartheid regime. If time permits, you will also get a chance to visit Museum Africa, which documents the country’s true "Rainbow Nation" spirit. Return back to your hotel and enjoy a good rest.

Day 3: Departing Johannesburg

Following a delicious breakfast, transfer to airport. Tour Ends.
