Excursion to the village of Old Believers

One of the most popular and interesting tours. We shall walk up a hill with panoramic view on Selenga valley, to proceed our tour to the village of Old Believers (ethnically Russians, who refused to follow Russian Orthodox church reform of the 17th century and were exiled to Siberia). They take you to church and museum, and eagerly share traditional singing and cuisine, treating with home-made vodka “samogonka”.
