Baixa - the downtown - Walking tour

This tour takes us on a journey through the history of this area of the city, completely destroyed by the earthquake of 1755.

Between the two most important squares of the historic center — Rossio and Praca do Comércio, find out how this place was before the great catastrophe and how the pragmatic reconstruction plan changed the shape of the city.

In the shopping streets, discover the  traditional shops and historical cafes, attended by several generations of personalities of the capital.
