Zagora and Draa Valley in Morocco-Economical Public Tour

1st Day: Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Zagora

After an early departure, we will cross the High Atlas Mountains and reach the 2260 m high Tizi N'Tichka's pass. We will then continue to the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Many films have been shot here: The Mummy, Gladiator, 7 Days in Tibet, Alexander the Great, Babel etc.

We will continue towards Ouarzazate, taking the road to Zagora (about 167 Km). Then we reach Agdz, where you will emerge from the mountains to catch a first, extraordinary glimpse of the Draa Valley and the oases. There is a thick streak of palms reaching out into the haze, and the first sign of the Draa Kasbahs, rising from the land where the green gives way to the desert.

2nd Day: Zagora – Draa valley – Ouarzazate – Marrakech

After breakfast, the tour continues through the mountains of the Anti Atlas to Ouarzazate via Draa’s Valley, with its numerous palm groves and Kasbahs. After lunch the tour will continue to Marrakech via the Tizi N’tichka’s passes.
