Join a Mexico City pub crawl with fellow partiers and immerse yourself in the local nightlife! Meet your friendly guide in your hotel lobby upon 7pm pickup and get ready to dive into four hours of barhopping fun.
You and your fellow travelers will be accompanied to a selection of Mexican bars, each carefully chosen by your guide for its unique atmosphere. Try a variety of liqueurs prepared with various plants and seeds – either fermented or distilled – as your guide enlightens you about Mexico’s varied tastes. In total, you’ll receive four complimentary shots of tequila.
Visit a pulquería to try a shot of pulque, a type of drink fermented from agave juice, which the Aztecs considered a beverage of the gods. Continue to a traditional cantina, where in rural Mexico men still gather to play dominoes, cards or other games. Then, follow your guide to a more contemporary bar and complete your pub crawl at one of Mexico City’s trendy clubs, where you can go wild on the dance floor.
If you get hungry along the way, there are plenty of snacks for purchase at each bar. Your guide will stay with you for the duration of your tour, dropping you off at your local hotel around 11pm. By the end, you’ll understand the common Mexican saying, “In bad times mezcal, in good times as well”!
