To start your adventure, the driver-guide will meet you at your hotel to take you to the small city of Chiapa de Corzo. In this picturesque city you will visit its famous sixteenth-century colonial fountain, the former convent of Santo Domingo and see colorful crafts for sale.

Afterwards, you will head to the pier to sail through the majestic Sumidero Canyon. Once in the boat, enjoy a fun ride down the Grijalva river while you marvel at the beauty of this geological formation of millions of years. Admire the cliffs that are more than 1000 meters (0.6 mi) high, waterfalls, unique rock formations, caves, and the local flora and fauna.

Then, have a good time in Amikuu Park, a theme park where you will have fun while learning about the nature and culture of Chiapas. Learn about the history and cultural expressions of Chiapas, interact with animals and visit the museum, aviary, herpetarium, crocodile farm, and area of felines. Moreover, for an additional fee, you can practice adventure activities offered in the park as rappelling, kayaking, zip line and climbing.
