3 Palos Lagoon & Baby Turtle Release Eco Jungle Tour

From Acapulco, it’s a short ride to a Tropical Paradise. As you head south of the city in rout to Tres Palos Lagoon, the drive takes you along Acapulco Bay and Puerto Marques with views of Acapulco’s world famous points of interest, the bays, and the hotel and residential zones. Upon arriving at Tres Palos you will board your motorboat to begin a cruise through the lagoon.

This sanctuary is home to many species of exotic birds. You will view mangrove tunnels, virgin lagoons and a natural garden of wild flowers during the cruise. This is a rare opportunity to explore this type of tropical nature preserve.

The Sea Turtle is making a comeback in the waters of Acapulco and you have the opportunity to help. You will choose a baby sea turtle that has been raised by the Turtle Conservation Program.

You can adopt the turtle and then, through your efforts, release the baby into its natural habitat in the sea. As the baby takes its first swim in the natural waters of the Pacific, you will be there to witness this momentous occasion.
