Take a leisurely ride on the enchanting “beca” (trishaw) and immerse yourself in the nostalgia of Penang. The trishaw has become a favorite among tourists as well as the locals who love to take a ride around Penang’s charming tourist spots.
The trishaw ride is available based on the below routing option:
Route One: Town Hall, Fort Cornwallis, Beach Street, Market Street, Little india, Goddess of Mercy Temple, Christian Cemetery, Eastern & Oriental Hotel, City Hall.
Route Two: Fort Cornwallis, Tanjung City Marina, Clan Jetties, Khoo Kongsi, Acheh Street, Islamic Museum, Yap Kongsi Temple, Kapitan Keling Mosque, Goddess of Mercy Temple, Penang State Museum, Cheong Fatt Tze Mansion.
Meeting/ pick-up point:Hotel Lobby. Pick up at 9am.

Others: The trishaw will only stop at some of the attractions for photo stop. Dress standards are conservative throughout Asia, especially outside major cities. To respect this and for your own comfort, we strongly recommend modest clothing. This means clothing that covers your shoulders and knees. Loose, lightweight, long clothing is both respectful and cool in the predominantly hot Asian climate.
