Costigliole d'Asti, one of the most important towns of the Monferrato, it is located half way between Alba and Asti and it is candidate to become Unesco world heritage territory. From one hill to the next one, Tenute extends for more than 30 hectareas, between the towns of Costigliole d'Asti and Calosso d'Asti. Is in Calosso where the Estate Collina d'Oro is located, under it's vineyards you'll find a tunnel dug in the tuff where wines from The Selezione are aged both in wooden barrels and bottles. Visits come along important points to see part of the production process, from the Costigliole cellars, to the Calosso's Tunnel, passing through the Estates of the property. We offer personalised tastings in the middle of the vineyards or in panoramic spots. In the Estate San Martino, The «Cucuzzolo» (the hump) is definitively our magic place, the property was owned in 1800's by the Marquis Filippo Asinari, and bought by the Baldovino family in 1987. You will find a 360° view of the Alps, vineyards, and the old centre of Costigliole. The Tenute offers to visitors a high quality service living a unique and real experience. The Tenute organises visits in italian, english, french and spanish, for special requests please contact us, and we will find a local interpreter. The presence of family member who will be happy to answer in first hand whatever information you might need.
There are two types of visits, that should match most of the requierments but in case you have any special request let us know and we'll do our best to fulfill it.
Easy; Designed for visitors who don't have much time or simply want to taste local products to choose from 12 different wines from our young line, have some information about the region, main caracteristcs of our wines, tasting local goods, visit the main cellar and Anticanei vineyards close to the head office, where the white barbera is produced.

Intense; For true wine lovers, a travel through places, wines and philosophy of Tenute. After the welcome toast and a description of the region and out company, we go directly to the land of the great reds, head to Estate San Martino rediscovering old wine stories from the Marquis Filippo Asinari and enjoying a 360° view of the place. Then we head up to Calosso d'Asti town in the heart of the Moscato lands where will visit the vineyards on the top of the hill and the cellar dug underneath. We go back to the head office and we finish the visit with the main cellar.
