MORNING: TRIESTE — CHANNEL LEMME — ROVINJ — CHANNEL LEMME — SAN LORENZO

Meeting with the participants and departure from your hotel at 8 a.m. We pass the international ITA/SLO border of Rabuiese entering in Slovenia. 
At about 10:00 a.m. arrival in Rovinj and free time to visit with the opportunity to climb the bell tower (60 meters high) of the Church of St. Euphemia, the most impressive building that dominates the city center. After returning by boat on  Lemme Channel Fjord and transfer in the town of San Lorenzo near Novigrad. Wonderful Lunch in one of the best seafood restaurant of Istria.

AFTERNOON: SAN LORENZO — MOTOVUN — HILL ​​PRINCE — LIVADE — TRIESTE
After lunch transfer in the ancient and picturesque town of Motovun, surrounded by medieval walls and perched 277 meters above sea level overlooking the valley of the river Mirna. The most beautiful medieval Istrian hinterland, famous for the Film Festival. On arrival at the car park at the foot of the hill, transfer by shuttle bus to the center. Free time for shopping and individual visits. Then return to the bus and a short transfer to the place of Livade where we wait for a wine tasting and olive oil produced locally. Ability to organize
in the town of Colle Prince a demonstration on the search for truffles in collaboration with a renowned local family that performs this task for years (duration 1 hour) (fee not included).
