The Monsters Park of Bomarzo

This is a very peculiar trip to a place really unique. In fact, the Sacred Wood, built during the XVI century for want of Vicino Orsini, is a garden characterized by the presence of fantastic sculptures carved into big peperino rocks following an ideological and symbolic path created by the architect Pirro Ligorio under the istructions of the Orsini himself.
