Primitivo Wine tour

The tour begins with a guided tour of the winery where you will learn about the process of wine making, and it continues with a visit to the Museum of Primitivo Wine. Within a play of light and shadow under the vaulted ceilings of the cellar, you will see old work tools, winepresses, barrels and so on.

The tour includes wine tastings with the Primitivo made in the winery and local food. During the tasting the wine and food are explained and described as part of the local history.

The visits can take place every day, following the opening / closing time:

• Mon to Sat 9.00 — 13.00 and 16:30 to 19:30
• Sunday 9.00 — 13.00

Guided tour of the winery and the Museum of Primitivo Wine for a minimum of 10 pax:

• Tasting of 4 wine varieties (Primitivo di Manduria DOC and Negroamaro IGT) held by Sommelier, together with:
• tarallini,
• cheese,
• salami,
• almond sweets.
