Three classes (Basic, Technique 1, Technique 2) each one of at least an hour and a half, necessary to learn the basic principles of the right movements and to maximise the benefits in the next nordic walking class.Warming-up exercises, movement experiences taught according to the formative regulation studed by INWA/ANWI worldwide. Generally it is practised in the city parks areas and hotels. Training and improving lessons are made in pleasant sites specially selected, it will be our homage.
