CULINARY APULIA

Spend a week discovering the secrets of Apulian cuisine and tastes in an unforgettable journey: cooking lessons, tastings and farmhouse accommodation!

1st day

Arrival and accommodation in Masseria (farmhouse). Welcoming drink.

2nd day

Guided tour to Alberobello, tasting in a 15th century trullo and lunch in a 1-star Michelin restaurant. In the afternoon, return to the facility for the 1st cooking class, followed by dinner.

3rd day

Visit to anancient handicraft 19th century mill. Transfer to Polignano, a small town overlooking the sea and lunch in a traditional seafood restaurant. 2nd cooking class, using flour bought in the morning, followed by dinner.

4th day

Entire day free for your relaxation in the facility and dinner. Optional: guided visit to Martina Franca and lunch in a traditional restaurant. In the afternoon exclusive tour to farmhouses estates, together with donkeys. Visit to two historical farmhouse estates and tasting of jenny (female donkey) milk. In the evening, barbecue on a farmhouse together with the host family.

5th day

Extra virgin olive oil tastingat an 18th century farmhouse. Transfer to Ostuni, known as “the White Town”. Visit to the Old Town and lunch in a restaurant. Return to the farmhouse for the 3rd cooking class.

6th day

Visit to historical cellar and guided wine tasting. We will proceed to Lecce for a lunch based on Salento specialties. Visit to the Old Town for shopping.

7th day

Enjoy your final cookery lesson this morning and then lunch. Afternoon free to sunbathe or relax. Farewell  dinner at Borgo San Marco.

8th day

After breakfast, relaxation in the facility. Our shuttle bus will take you to the airport for your return home.
