Not far from the beautiful coast of the Ionian sea and surrounded by nature, there is the possibility of learning all the secrets of southern Italy dishes.
The lessons will last for 2 hours a day and, being very clear and easy to learn, you should be able to cook immediately!
Day 1:
We will make homemade pasta dressed with a traditional «forest» sauce. If you want, you'll have the opportunity to make the dough with your hands!
Day 2:
You will learn how to make a traditional main meat course, we will choose it toghether depending on the period you'll be here and according to your tastes, and of course, we will also learn how to prepare a tasty side dish made with vegetables.
Day 3:
To make our course we will complete it with a last lesson to learn how to do some traditional hot and cold appetizers, we'll have a little tasting and also make a cake.
At the end of this simple but very interesting classes, you will be able to surprise your family by cooking them a complete Italian lunch!

On request and bookable separately, there is also the possibility to find an accomodation in the same farm in which the classes are held. In this case, the full board will cost 60 euro per day. If you are interested ask more info in private.
