This show runs approximate time length of 1 hour and 20 minutes. “Mohabbat – The – Taj” throws a glimpse on more-than-perfect architecture and adept craftsmanship of Mughal eon and covers up on the universal emotion- Love, Passion and Romance. So, portraying the same, with an ardent desire to spread the message of love throughout the world, Sanskritik Natyashala presents “Mohabbat – The – Taj”, not one, but a series of plays.

 

Appealing and riveting, the show weaves the world of romance and die-hard love around you that personifies the saga of love of Mughal emperor Shah Jahan and his beloved wife Mumtaj Mahal. Besides, this, the show also displays the intricately done inlay work, decoration, carvings, inscriptions and the marveling stonework of the monument, which the naked eye of visitors miss out on often.

Set in the 16^th century background, the dance and enactment show portrays the lavish lifestyle of Mughal era and distinct ideals of Mughals. Embellished costumes, rhetoric setting, aristocratic gestures and life-size emotions enliven the Mughal grandiose.
