Vincennes Hippodrome and Dinner with Pick Up from Hotel

Gee up for an exhilarating night of harness racing at the historic Hippodrome de Vincennes. This racecourse has been a meeting point for everyone from ordinary punters to Parisian high society for 150 years – and you can soak in the atmosphere with a thrilling evening meet viewed from the exclusive Le Sulky restaurant.

Follow the races from the comfort of the restaurant as the sulkies zip around the course like ancient Roman chariots at the Circus Maximus. Enjoy unobstructed views of the race track and easy access to other parts of the stand. And if you wish, you can lay wagers on what horse will win what race. Any bet you may place is at your discretion and not included as part of the tour.

See the French fans at the most passionate and unbridled as they cheer on their favourite horses and drivers. This is a Parisian night out with a difference. Located in the suburb of Vincennes, which is famed for its fairytale medieval castle, the racecourse hosts every January the Prix d’Amerique, the most prestigious harness race in the world.

A minimum of four participants are required for the tour to go ahead so in the event of there being less, the tour will be cancelled.

Start/opening time: 6.15pm on Tuesday and Friday except in July and August.
