Transfer in private car with English speaking driver and guide
(At 9:00 am) Walking guided tour of Avignon and the pope city. Visit the cathedral, Pope palace, square and Saint Bezenet bridge.
(At 10:00 am) Visit of Villeneuve les Avignons and la Chartreuse du Val de Bénédictin. Olive oil and olive products tasting experience in an olive oil mill.
(At 12:00 pm) Departure for your gourmet restaurant. You will have lunch in the castle’s gastronomic restaurant where you can enjoy a panoramic view on the vineyards.

(At 2:00 pm),You will drive to another historic Chateau built in the 18th century for a tour of the prestigious domain and vineyards before enjoying a wine tasting.
This castle was initially built in the 18th century around the time vines were first planted in the stone-strewn soil of Châteauneuf-du-Pape (literally the «Pope's new castle»), the place the pontiffs chose for their summer residence when the papel court was relocated to Avignon.
You will be guided through the domain, castle and vineyards, and enjoy a wine tasting in its old cellar. (Duration: 1hour)
(At 3:30 pm) The next tasting takes place in an old cellar used by the Popes at the time they were sovereign in Avignon. The professional sommelier and owner of the cellar will guide you through a tasting exercise of 3 different types of Châteauneuf du Pape wines.
(At 4:30pm) Next, you will stop at a fabulous chocolate maker workshop (selected as the best in France by «Gourmet Magazine»). Tasting of chocolate.
