Monkey Land

Come and share in an unforgettable experience! Begin your day by seeing amazing scenery and typical life on the streets as your travel towards the mountains. First you will enter the lovely botanical garden where you will learn about the native plants and flowers of the island.

Next, you will have a 45 minute guided tour that allows you to interact in close proximity with the beautiful and friendly 16 squirrel monkeys. These lovely and intelligent monkeys have been trained to trust and enjoy the company of humans. This excursion is for all ages and is based on 5 acres of beautiful land which is now the monkeys home. The monkey will climb down from the trees to sit on your shoulder and eat from your hand. Beware...they love anything shiny and interesting so be careful about what you wear or put in your hair and watch your sunglasses. The monkeys love to pose for the cameras and often sit and watch themselves on your camera if you allow. So adorable!

Continue through the eastern mountain range until you reach the colorful villages where we will visit a typical house to sample fresh and organic coffee, cacao and tropical fruits.
