Tour to Kronborg Castle

This tour takes you to the stunning Kronborg Castle (Hamlets Castle) in the northeast of Helsingør, on a peninsula in the Øresund built about 1420. In the South Wing lies the Castle Chapel, which survived the fire of 1629; it has a magnificent Renaissance interior, with German woodcarvings. The North Wing contains the great Ballroom or Knights' Hall. Tapestries are on display in the West Wing. Kronburg Castle is the setting of Shakespeare's " Hamlet".
